The opened raw materials are evenly distributed into the blending chamber. A photoelectric control system in the subsequent stage controls the movement of the spiked conveyor belt. When the spiked conveyor belt moves, a speed difference is created between the spiked belt and the flat belt, resulting in tumbling and mixing for effective blending. When the spiked conveyor belt is stationary, the flat belt moves slowly forward, serving as a cotton storage mechanism.

Description:

1. The wall panels are made of high-quality Q235 steel plates, processed by bending, with a smooth inner surface free of burrs, preventing cotton fibers from sticking and resisting rust;

2. The machine is equipped with multiple photoelectric sensors to control the material storage volume, ensuring uniform mixing of raw materials;

3. The spiked curtain adopts the latest aluminum alloy and stainless steel needle structure, featuring an exquisite appearance and robust structure, solving the problem of nails easily falling off from the original wooden curtain;

4. The flat curtain and spiked curtain are equipped with variable frequency speed control to meet different production requirements. The cotton feeding amount can be automatically adjusted according to the requirements of the downstream machine.

5. The structure is designed rationally, facilitating daily cleaning and maintenance.
