Triangular non-woven needles are one of the necessary tools for the production of non-woven fabrics. The needle parts of the needles are arranged with many special "barbed" structures.
In the process of pricking fluffy fibers up and down the needle, these "barbs" structure will continue to rub and hook the fiber surface, and promote all kinds of fiber raw materials into a tightly connected cloth. The felt cloth is obtained by hooking the fibers into each other by the hook teeth, which has a delicate hand feeling, good air permeability and water filtration, and its advantages are beyond the reach of traditional textiles.
Application:
Nonwoven fabrics can be bonded together by high temperature, chemical or mechanical methods; the latter of which requires the use of needles. When mechanical bonding is used, the needles are transported by a barbed needle and repeatedly pierced between the fiber layers to increase the bonding of non-woven fabrics. The needle plate of the needle machine has a large number of needles embedded in it, and these needles will pass through the non-woven fabric in the specified direction. Mainly used in geotextile, press cloth, filter bag, artificial leather, disposable carpet, car cushion, etc. to meet the different surface requirements of the production of products.
